Di you guys reccomend taking pre med classes over the summer?

I took orgo 2 over the summer and it was a great decision. I got an A in the class and I understood the material better than the orgo 1 material (which i took during the school year). I think its important to take it at a school thats comparable to your undergrad so it doesn't look suspiciious. I took the class at my university over the summer.

agreed, i took physics I over the summer and did well. nothing wrong with taking premed classes over the summer

I took calculus over the summer and it was fine. Go for it. 🙂

i took biochem 1 & 2 during the summer... one of the best decisions i ever made. it wasn't easy cramming all that info into 10 weeks, but it worked out fine; you should be fine too. good luck! 🙂

I've heard both sides of the argument and decided to do what is best for me.<br>
I'll be taking organic chem 1 & 2 this summer. I won't be working, just school, so I hope to be able to give it the needed time. <br>

I took 2nd semester physics over the summer at home. Cheaper, allowed me to take other stuff during the school yeah, and actually had better teaching. Just dont take all your science/premed reqs over the summer elsewhere and yall be fine.
