Usually every summer between my 2 major semester i take a course (this summer i took 2), and usually i get an A- and higher, my question is i did put them in my adea app, but will dental schools see they were only 2, or usually 1? and if so do they actually ignore them or not look at them? Thanks.

Like my only A+ came from a summer course last year. and i retook (i got a C- the first time) a pre req in the summer now and got an A-, and also took another course with it and got an A-. But was that a bad idea?

Anyone please? is it that bad i should retake my retake lol

They see the grades that you enter onto/verified by AADSAS regardless of it being a summer class or major semester.

Why would you think they would ignore coursework?

Ya but the first time i took it was with 4 other courses, aka full time, now its in the summer and its only 2 courses. I heard someone say theyll overlook it but count it as u took the pre req.

PointEstimate already answered your question. If it's on your transcript, they're not going to ignore it.

that wasnt my issue, how do they look at my grades, if my summer/part time ( 1 or 2 courses) are 3.7s but in full semester i get a 2.6gpa...

Oh, now I see what you're getting at. I don't see that being an issue really, I think the overall GPA is what matters. You didn't say what your oGPA is, but if your full semester GPA is 2.6, I imagine the 1 or 2 classes you took in the summer didn't bring it up that much, so I would be more concerned about that. Summer classes are compressed, I think taking 1 or 2 at a time in the summer is normal.

but do those As not look good? do they not care ifi got an A+ when my smesters full time gpa were a 2.60?
