summer internship list

did a quick search and found very little. i'm looking for a decent list of some non-retail internships that take place during the summer. have a lot of these internships dried up? how competitive are these positions? i have very limited pharmacy experience (a semester of pharmacy volunteering in a big hospital and shadowing a nuclear pharmacist in undergrad) but extensive research experience (2 yrs in RNA lab in undergrad and i currently work in a pharmacogenomics lab at my COP). i also have about 6 years of non-pharmacy work experience and can sell myself as someone who understands the accountability/responsibility/reliability that comes with having a job. basically i'm looking to make myself more well rounded with some internship experience. the reason i say non-retail is because I am currently looking for a retail internship since i know i have a very small chance of getting anything in a hospital. i'm an incoming P1 by the way and i will be applying for internships for the summer of my P1 year. thanks in advance.

You did a search, huh? That's funny because the first thing that came up when I googled pharmacy internships was this:

It's by no means all-inclusive, but it has some good internships there, and I think most of them still exist (though they are very competitive). The only one I know for a fact doesn't exist anymore is AstraZeneca. There are also other things more specific to where you go to school that your school can let you know about.

Also, why not try to get a hospital job for next summer? Also, you never know, some hospitals may want to hire you. Might as well try a few smaller ones.
