Is this possible to do in any capacity as a PharmD.?

Absolutely. As long as you're licensed and registered in both places you would like to reside in, your only problem should be finding a place to work that would allow a schedule like that. I know of a pharmacist who spends winters in New Zealand and summers in the States; finding two places in the same country can't be nearly as hard.

absolutely. places like florida and arizona need extra healthcare workers to help out with the snowbirds.

I rotated with a PharmD who did summers in AK (IHS, hospital) while others were on vacation in the lower 48 and winters in California/Hawaii (retail).

Absolutely. This is what I plan on doing. South Florida is just too hot/humid during the summers.
