My numbers are from a couple of years back, but this is what I have:
SUNY Downstate: 24 matriculate / 217 # of OOS interviews = 11.1% OOS'ers enroll
SUNY Upstate: 27 matriculate / 170 # of OOS interviews = 15.9% OOS'ers enroll
SUNY Stony Brook: 5 matriculate / 53 # of OOS interviews = 9.4% OOS'ers enroll
SUNY Buffalo: 23 matriculate / 88 # of OOS interviews = 26.1% OOS'ers enroll
In case it's unclear, the numerator is the number of out of state matriculants, and the denominator is the number of interviews given to OOS applicants. Now, these numbers are slightly misleading, because they don't exactly equate to the number of acceptances given out to OOS applicants (i.e., they don't include OOSers who were accepted but chose to go elsewhere). I decided to give the number of OOS applicants who interviewed because I think it's more pertinent to what I think you are asking for. I also have the % of OOS matriculants compared to the entire applicant pool, if you want that. (I created this huge Excel file when I was looking at which schools to apply to...I guess I had a lot of time on my hands, haha 🙄). I'm probably making this more complicated than it needs to be, but I hope this helps!
