How much have you gotten out of SDN? Why not help keep SDN going?

Everyone has a tight budget, but how much would you pay to have a refrence book for how to get into medical school/ residency/ picking a job after residency? What about what things are must haves while on call? What about the support when you have question/ problem? Which shoes are the most comfy?
