In second decision, U.S. Supreme Court rules point system which considers race as factor in University of Michigan undergraduate admissions is unconstitutional. Full story soon.

I find this really disappointing. They said it was equivalent to a quota.

I originally was against the undergrad system, until I saw the Dateline special about two weeks ago. Did anyone else see it? One girl got rejected from UMich, and she said her first reaction was to turn to her dad and say, "Can we sue them?"

Now, what type of chump gives a response like that? When one medical school wrote me a letter saying, "we have made our list of people we have accepted, and a list of those we have waitlisted, and you are on neither," I didn't think "I'm taking those hillbillies to court!" I was actually laughing. I carried it around for about a week as all my friends got a good laugh from it too. Anyways, off the topic. Basically, I really dislike the girl on Dateline and wish they ruled against her. The 20 point deal is quite huge (its more than getting a 1600 SAT).

Anyways, back to "work."
