I have the opportunity to buy-in to a free-standing ASC that i operate out of and was wondering if anyone had experience in doing this?

How was the buy-in structured?
Are there any pitfalls to look out for?
What questions should i ask?

This is all very new to me and I have found very little information online as how to best proceed.
