Survivial Guide to the USMLE Step 2 CS

I inherited this book published in 2005 written by Subbiah and Sharma with a monkey on the front cover. It has 65 sample cases and 35 practice cases--seems like it should cover most of the topics. I want to know if anyone has used this book for studying?
