systems based board review books

Anyone able to recommend a decent complete board review book that is systems based? Thanks!

i also like step up, it's nicely organized and is helpful for second year classes as well (at least here at SOM where we have modules for each system).

Step Up is a good book for systems-based review. However, it's not as comprehensive as First Aid. Could you do well if you used only Step Up as your main book? Probably. But I'd feel much more comfortable using what 99% of other test takers are using. FA is still gold standard, IMO. G'luck.
