Looking to start a new gig and the contract for said job states that the I would be responsible for tail coverage (not occurrence based malpractice) regardless of reason of termination. My last job covered my tail and I thought that it was fairly standard for the practice to cover the tail. Otherwise, I figured that if I was let go without cause, they should at least cover the tail. Does that seem right and is that common in PP?
