Hey guys,

I'm a biochem major and I have a few questions regarding prereqs.

My freshman year I took a 4hr bio course(Intro to Cell Biology) w/lab for biology/chem major freshmen. Here is the course description:
"Introduces the concept of biological molecules and discusses the role of these molecules in the genetics and cell biology of the organism."

My biochem major requires me to take cell bio(4hr 400level class) and genetics(4hr 300level class).

I was wondering if taking these will fulfill the 1yr gen bio requirement? Our school doesnt have a "genbio" course, instead there is the 4hr class I mentioned.

Also will adding some courses like 200level Human Anatomy and Physiology, 200level Pathophysiology, help?

Intro to cell bio is general bio. At your school it just happens to have a different name.
