Hi,

I am a 31-year-old non-traditional pre-med student. In the past, I have completed a post-bac program with just the four basic pre-med pre-reqs (gen chem, orgo, physics, bio).

My question is: Will I be able to sit in for the 2015 MCAT if I have not taken biochemistry and if I just enroll in a Princeton Review MCAT 2015 class? Is it possible to learn the sufficient amount of biochemistry for the new MCAT? I know this may be hard to answer given that no one has taken the new MCAT...but I'm hoping for any feedback from someone who has taken biochemistry.

Thanks!

I don't really think anyone can speculate because no one has taken the exam yet..

That being said, it's never advised to take the MCAT without first taking all your pre-reqs... it can be done via self-study if you're determined, but it'll be tough.

I agree with INVINCIBLE. We don't have the necessary experience to speculate on that. It isn't wise to take the MCAT before you finish your pre-reqs.
