If I take the MCAT in August the year before I apply, how do I ensure my scores are sent to the schools to which I apply?

I understand that they are automatically sent to all schools that are listed on AMCAS, but if I haven't completed (or even started, for that matter) my application, how does one send out scores?

Also, do you have to repreat whatever process for TMDs....whataver Texas' acronym-thingy is?

AMCAS will get them automatically, you need to manually release your score to TMDSAS through THx (that place where you get your MCAT score).

OK, so as soon as I complete AMCAS, they will release my score which they have on file to all the schools I specify. Do I have that right?

All amcas schools should get them automatically and you can choose to send it to TMDSAS in the MCAT Testing History (THx) website. Its very simple once you have your scores.
