What would happen if I try to fulfill the requirements this way:

I take physics I and ochem I at University A, then take physics II and ochem II at University B.

I will be transferring schools for personal reasons. I am worried because of the course the sequences at the two schools won't match exactly and some material may not be covered.

It doesn't matter to me because I can just read the textbook, but I'm worried about how med schools might view it.

Will med schools generally still take this as fulfilling the premed requirements?
