I'm currently taking classes at a community college, in order to transfer to UC Santa Cruz or UC Davis it's highly recommended I take the three equivalent Biology courses that transfer (yes, three)

The only way I can do this is if I take the last two biology courses in the spring semester. (They don't offer either of these during the summer) This is how my spring schedule would look like:

BIOL 410 Principles of Botany 5 Units

BIOL 420 Principles of Zoology 5 Units

PHYS 360 Physics II 4 Units

PSYC 300 Principles of Psychology 3 Units

So a total of 17 units (doable) but I'm worried about taking three lab classes, two of them being Biology.

Is this at all doable, or am I way in over my head?

Besides the tedious lab reports and homework for Physics, unless you have other obligations, I don't see why you wouldn't get a 4.0 if you studied.

Taking two intro bio courses isn't too tough, should have no problem with it. However, could you take more relevant bio courses?

Nope, the three bio courses are the uc equivalent intro bio courses. They're required for me to transfer.

Alright, just checking. Again, I think you should be fine. As LaughingGas said, physics can be tedious, but labs in general are just a little time consuming, I wouldn't say they're too difficult.
