Talking with Friends about Interviews

Is anyone talking with their premed friends about interviews they've received or possibility scheduling their interviews the same day? It seems you could save a lot of money by carpooling and sharing a hotel. I just wouldn't want to offend anyone or make them any more nervous than we all are.

I think a way to state this would be "Hey I got an interview at X SOM! If you got one too and want to carpool/share a hotel, let me know" I think it just depends on certain people because some won't say that they did or didn't get an interview and want to be quiet about it. But I don't think it's offensive to just ask. If they said no/don't respond and you keep pestering them, that can kind of annoying.
