Target P/T hours

Does anyone know what's the minimum number of hours required to be considered part time at Target?
Do they offer p/t pharmacists benefits? Starting day one?
Do p/t pharmacists accrue vacation?

I may apply to Target and was wondering the answers to these questions before I go in.

Yes Target offers part-time positions at 21hrs/weekly

Benefits start day one

Yes vacation is offered as well as personal holidays

Basically same benefits a full time employee gets
