TBR book passages comparison

For those who have studied the sciences using TBR books, how do the TBR end-of-chapter book passages compare to the TBR and AAMC CBT in terms of difficulty?
I understand this has been asked before, but i would like to have responses from those who have taken these CBTs/actual test recently. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I read BR passages are harder than the real thing. I am going through them, and I can tell you they are way harder than the AAMC Practice Exam 3.
