TBR CBT Score Question-Latest Scale

Hey guys, is this scale the latest one?

This is the scale BRteach posted in the TBR score discussion thread. However, the scale score that was emailed to me when I bought my TBR CBT's is MUCH rougher.

TBR5 for example, a 30/52 on PS (suppsoe to be the hardest PS) is a 6 on the scale I was given, but it is a 9 I think on the scale I posted. I'm confused :/

I would also like to know. I was scoring particularly awful in the TBR cbts and thought the curve was harsh. If the other scale is correct, I didn't do as horrible as I thought.

I've heard the Bio book TBR passages are ridiculous. I also thought the CBT passages were horrible. The scale still seemed very harsh :/

Yes I know, my score is much different though depending on which scale used. For example on TBR5, I got a 10 on BS and PS on the scale that was emailed to me, but a 12 on each in the scale I posted.

ya the scale is the same. the latest scale was emailed to me by tbr about a month ago, and its the same scale as the one you posted. 'summer 2007' (the one in the op) is the latest one

so i know that tbr scores are usually 2 points lower than the actual mcat score (on average). but are we talking about tbr scores w/ the tbr scale? b/c tbr scales are more generous than aamc. i feel like the scale balances the difficulty of the exam.

It is so sweird that they sent me the wrong scale. I only bought BR 1-5 so they sent me the scale with only the keys to 1-5, and that scale is tougher!

what date do you have at the bottom of the scale?

I also have a harsh scale that's different from the one posted. TBR CBT 5 scared the hell out of me lol. DId anyone happen to e-mail them?

mine are also different 😕 the one I received by email was harsher.

Does anyone else think that the TBR exams are W-A-Y harder than AAMC or TPR?

They are killing me.. 😱
