Technical Help:How to post CrackDAT-PAT image on here?

I stumble on a few Crack DAT -PAT questions. However, I am not sure how to post up here so that I can help. I thinking about taking a picture with my cellphone and upload but I want to put the image with the message instead of making ppl to click/open it up..

Press print screen on keyboard.
Then paste it into paint.

Then upload to imageshack.us and post here.
