A couple of my colleagues had bespoke telepsych-based moonlighting opportunities, but these were individually worked out rather than through a full-on telepsychiatry company. One of our residents had an arrangement to be on-call for several urgent care centers in the event someone with a psychiatric complaint came in that the primary urgent care provider was uncomfortable handling. He would be on call for 24 hours over the weekend and paid a fairly low hourly rate for the coverage with additional pay per person seen. He seemed to really enjoy it.
I imagine you might run into issues working with a true telepsych-based practice given that you aren't BC/BE.
