Hackensack
Pros: can live with my fiance who will be attending hackensack too, the 3-year program

I think it depends on your goals, but my vote is for Hackensack. The stress of long distance can be difficult to manage, especially if you haven't experienced it before. You can still match competitively from Hackensack as well.
