Tennessee allows IMGs to practice without US residnecy.

So basically TN passed a bill allowing certain IMGs who completed a residency program outside the US to practice without having to repeat residency. Of course there are restrictions, but if other states follow this law will that pose a threat to the job market of USMDs?
