A man dangles a 10 kg mass from the end of the rope. If he jumps from a plane while still holding the rope, the tension in the rope will be?

I want to say 0 N. If you draw a free body diagram, the only forces on the block should be tension and weight. Since it is accelerating downwards at 10 m/s^2 (freefall), the upward force (tension) should be 0.

I'm assuming air resistance doesn't matter and the man falls at the same rate.
