terrible retake... what schools should I apply to?

I had a 29 earlier 12, 7, 10 and then retook and got a 24... 10, 4, 10. what should I do? are there schools that only look at the best score?

Have 3.8 GPA and I'm going to Africa to volunteer in a hospital, volunteered in ER, shadowed a radiologist, president of a club etc... Only problem is the mcat.

retake. you have no other option. I would say apply broadly to DO and you might get in somewhere but that 29->24 is a GIANT red flag. you have to retake.

There are some schools that only look at your highest MCAT or subsets, do some research, especially at your state schools.
