Im currently a sophomore in college and freshman year i was doing ok i just took genchem and got a B, A- in in stat, B+ in precalc but this semester im pretty sure my gpa will take a hit i will most likely get a F in calc, a D in bio 100 and probably a B+ in genchem 2 My bio professor is really great but her test are mcat questions since she used to help make the mcat. I know am the one to blame but can i boost my gpa after this terrible semester. I guess Im looking for advice, a reality check , idk Im just disappointed did I ruin my chances of dental school?

You can most definitely boost your GPA, but it depends on how determined you are to do so. I'm currently going into my junior year, and I made 2 C's in my very first semester (Calc 1 and Sociology), but I have made 4.0's the last 2 semesters and bumped my GPA up above a 3.6. It's definitely possible for you to get back on your feet, but you have to be willing to sacrifice free time for the library.
