I read through MCAT Essentials but just wanted to double-check (since my memory's blur from last year and causes confusion)... For the test day, all we need are one form of approved ID with photo and snacks, right? There is no like registration ticket, per se.

The ID should also have your signature. If you bring a driver's license or passport, you're good. I'm pretty sure you only need one form of ID. If you want to be absolutely sure, you could email the AAMC. They usually respond quickly.

To be on the extreme safe side, print out your confirmation email or print out the webpage that tells you your test date and location. The person running the testing center when I went last week didn't see my name in the system for some reason, and she basically told me I wasn't scheduled for 5/20 at that center, when I was 100% sure I was. She eventually found me and the other person taking the MCAT that day in another schedule. Making a long story short, just bring that print out to cover all your bases 🙂

What time are people planning on getting to their testing center? The email from aamc said "AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to your test time," but I've heard that people get there before its even open.

My testing center doesn't open until 7:30, but the lady at the center said to get there and just wait in the car until she gets there and opens the door. I'm leaving my house at 7, and it takes 20-25 minutes to trek through the farmland, so I'll get there just before 7:30.
