Starting to freak out. I went through Chad's videos and did the quizzes afterward. Trying to review/do them again.

Haven't started Destroyer yet.

Read through Cliff's and only took notes, haven't reviewed them yet.

Haven't even started PAT. Going to purchase Bootcamp soon

Am I fukt? Orgo freaks me out the most

My exam is in exactly a month! I am doing what you are doing lol. But, I have started the Destroyer, not too far into it. I have taken a few of the free BC exams. And just started PAT yday. Set yourself a schedule, and stick to it. Finish what you tell yourself to finish day by day for the next month. It is what I am doing (advice from a friend who got into dental school)

I'm taking my exam at the end of August and I recently purchased Chad's videos and quizzes on top of the online Kaplan material. It's a lot of work to get through but if you put in 5+ hours a day there should only be improvement!

1 month is a long time... no need to stress yourself out right now. I prepped for 1 month for 5-6 hours a day and thought I had plenty of time! Just keep focused and work on your weak points (you might burn yourself out.. so keep positive and figure out how to optimize your time). You can master PAT in 2 weeks (I started doing PAT with 2 weeks left until my exam, and ended up with a 21, and I am REALLY bad at it). I would advise though that you don't leave PAT till the end... same goes with QR (do not underestimate it) and RC (do some practices so you get familiar with your timing/strategies/eye-to-mind connectivity).

Oh ya, and do destroyer at least 1.5 times (do all the problems on a separate piece of paper the first time through, circle all the questions you get wrong, and then redo the questions in the book itself). GET BOOTCAMP ASAP (and do the tests more than once).

Do the 2007 exam 2 weeks from your exam date, and the 2009 exam 1 week from your exam date (recommend you take the online one on prometric despite what everyone says regarding buying the hard copy.... you need to get used to doing a full length exam on the computer).

I took my exam last Friday (22AA/21TS/21PA) but haven't had a chance to write a breakdown. I remember a month before my exam I was feeling the same way you're currently feeling. The best thing to do is create a schedule and stick to it. I've attached an excel workbook that I used to organize my studying.

Here are my suggestions:
  1. You should plan on finished your first round of destroyer questions in the next 10 days. (~30 g/o chem problem, ~50 bio probroms, 1 destroyer test a day). Make sure to mark the ones that were incorrectly. (I also have a sheet for this in the excel file). You will also want to complete a PAT every other day, making sure to do a complete review after you finish.
  2. Spend 2-4 days to redo the destroyer questions that you got wrong during your first pass.
  3. For the last two week complete practice exams (bootcamp, 2007, 2009 exams). I recommend completing full exams during the scheduled time for your exam. For example my exam was at 8:00AM. I woke up around 6:00AM the two weeks leading up to the exam and started a full practice exam at 8:00.
You have plenty of time, don't stress yourself out. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck.

Thanks so much for posting this! Did you only start bootcamp about a week before your test? Do you feel that was enough preparation with practice tests?

Thinking of putting a halt to DAT destroyer and honing in on repeating Bootcamp until I drill everything in. About 100 questions deep in orgo/Chem/bio through first round of destroyer. Test on august 20th and I really can't reschedule. Need to really practice PAT also.

What do you all think

I think the concepts I learned from Bootcamp really helped me understand Destroyer problems better. Also, Bootcamp is a great resource for PAT.

Also, I know that it can get overwhelming with all of the programs/study materials you have to cover. Something that really helped me was taking a sheet of paper and writing down all the programs I had and drawing little slots for all the practice sections I had to complete. I stuck it on a cork board right in front of my desk. Everyday I would mark off/write down the score for a couple practice sets. By the time my exam came around it felt awesome seeing everything checked off and gave me confidence knowing I tried my best.
