Hey could I get feedback on the testing centers in ATl area for anyone who has taken the test...I would like to find one that is less crowded, and do any of them have "newer" cpu moniters?

I took the DAT on Wednesday at the one near Lavista Rd....I thought the testing room was good-it was air conditioned even though they also added a fan which I didn't notice till the end, no odd smells, not too many distractions....the set up resembled a bunch of cubicles but spaced out enough so you don't feel crowded...so you get your own little working area...when I went, there was pretty much everyone at a computer but not everyone was taking the DAT...as for the cpu moniters, they weren't for sure flat screen monitors--but it was "new" enough so that you could tell between a solid and dotted line for the PAT...well, of course this was for my computer.. don't know too much about the other ones...hope that helps, and good luck,

I went to the GSU testing site and I had no complaints. Just remember to take a set of ear plugs and don’t use the headphones at the site, because they give you a headache. Ohh yeah and don’t wear sandals like I did because that little room can get chilly. The computers were spread apart so you couldn’t see any anyone if sat well in the cubicle. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more info.

peachtree-dunwoody site was similar.....cubicles and ear phones that blocked out ALL of the sound...don't worry about monitor size/quality b.c. you should be able to tell by looking at the angles what the answer is...the best technique is to look at them really quick and go on instinct...no time for pixel counting or putting paper to the screen...your brain is a lot smarter than you think when it comes to this section....have at it
