If they're the same as last year:

UTSW - Saturday
UT Houston - Friday
UTMB - Friday
UT San Antonio - Monday
A & M - Thursday
Texas Tech - Wednesday

Do schools typically let you reschedule for a different day of week for those who travel a lot for work or other work related reasons?

The interview days are set (i.e UTSW only interviews on Sat.) but, some will let you reshedule (UTSW lets you change your date online and I moved my A&M interview). Others say take it or leave it (I think UTMB and Houston). Tech will let you pick your date from 2 or 3 choices and you can interview with them in El Paso on Fridays. FYI: Baylor interviews on Friday and AMCAS schools seemed to me much more lax about rescheduling. Good-luck
