Hi, I am a fellow who is applying for a Texas license. I went to a Caribbean school which is not on the Texas approved list. The eligibility list says that if you are not on the approved list, then your school needs to fill out a Z-pack which is about 20 forms or need to be speciality board certified by ABMS or BOS. I am board certified in Internal Medicine. Does that mean I don't need the Z-pack? Thanks so much!
