I interviewed at UTSA in November (1st choice) and I've been updated 1/15 and 1/27 (no validation)

Not really...I truly believe it has nothing to do with the match, sort of for reasons that I cannot discuss here...but trust me, I don't think it has anything to do with the match.

No, and mine never changed. It has ALWAYS said "interviewed." I hope that means I'm still ok.

And I'm hoping that the validation thing doesn't affect the match. But even if it doesn't, it still affects my fragile emotional state, since it means that the folks at TMDSAS refuse to validate me 🙁

I see the same. Always had "interviewed" and no error like some of the folks here had. Don't worry too much about the validation. It is probably be the only certainity among all the uncertainities. You WILL be validated sooner or later. Good luck with the match.

You guys need help. I keep dropping by here to see the heights of paranoia and neuroticism. Frankly, this thread never dissappoints.

The problem is this -- nobody knows :
o when the match algorithm is run
o what database fields are changed to reflect matches
o when the schools are informed of the results
o how the schools store this information when they do get it
o how any of the above is reflected online

I know there is some catharsis involved in constantly freaking out but it is absurd to try and "figure out" what is happening.

Or not, I'll watch this thread either way.

Fo sho. I am sure they have a ton of work to do at least over the next week, and a constant barrage of questions will slow down their work and potentially increase the rate of errors.

Apertif: A Tanquerray and Tonic to stimulate my appetite while noshing on various appetizers on the table and mingling amongst my co-workers and minions.

1st Course: Mixed green salad with that excellent cilantro-y dressing (on the side of course...although I here some prefer their lettuce dripping with salad dressing).

Entree: A nice sized House Churrasco--cut just as easily with a bread knife as with a steak knife. Various vegetables and fried plaintains.

Desert: A smorgashboard of Tres Leche, Flan, Chocolate Mousses to name a few.

To finish: Double espresso and a few of those really great chocolate mints on the way out.

On another note, I will see you all on feb. 1st. The more time I spend on this thread, the slower time goes between now and D-Day. However, I have the self-control of a small child, so I'll likely be posting in 10 minutes.
