Do any of the pharmacy schools in Texas accept out-of-state applicants?

Texas A&M University - Kingsville College of Pharmacy
Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
Texas Tech University - Amarillo School of Pharmacy
University of Houston College of Pharmacy
University of the Incarnate Word - Feik School of Pharmacy
UT Austin - College of Pharmacy

The public schools (all but UIW) accept a maximum of 10% of out of state students. This is mandated by the Texas Legislature.
