I understand that 1500 hours required for TX,

but I go to school in PA and found out from my school that: If a state requires hours from a board of pharmacy, then i will only🙁 have 750 hours transferred from my school to PA Board of pharmacy.

But if a state accepts hours directly from the school, then I will get 1700 hours, which is more than I need for TX state.

SO, Texas requires hours from the school OR from the state board?

How are the hours that I worked/volunteered during pharmacy school submitted to TX board of pharmacy?? Do the volunteers hours (unpaid hours) count in the total of pharmacy intern hours??

The needed hours are from your school. Your dean completes, signs, stamps and mails the form. Instructions and where to mail it to are on the form. The form can be downloaded from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy website. The hours are not work or volunteer hours but ROTATION hours.
