Texas Triangle DSO Salary?

What is a reasonable salary expectation for someone working at a DSO in the Texas triangle cities ( San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Houston) for an experienced dentist with 5+ years experience. Is Texas veiwed as one of the better places to practice?

they usually offer a base salary (monthly min or daily min) then a % of collection whichever is higher, experience usually translates into speed so most likely the dentist will make more on the % collection.

some DSOs I have been in contact with the base salary yearly is 140-180k for these cities. % collection is around 30% minus 30% lab fee (for fixed and removable prosth).

Texas is good if you go to a less desirable area, I am told somewhere up to 200k minimum salary (El Paso, Corpus Christi, Tyler, etc)
