So now that this semester is about to end at good old MC I was looking at some of my textbooks and I was wondering what would be wise to hang onto for medical school. I have Board Review Series Physiology, BRS physiology cases and problems, Guyton Medical physiology text book, and Rapid interpretations of EKGs sixth edition, Ross Histology and Wheater's Functional histology.

I guess that will depend on the school you attend. I would say the BRS definitely. I'm not sure how much you will get for them used, so I personally would just hang on to them.

Well they are all rentals... I have the option of buying them out for an extra 20 to 45 bucks.

If they are rentals, I don't think they will be worth it besides the BRS. You never know what the medical school will require. (obviously except the major ones like grays, netters, brs, etc.)

Keep all the physio books - they were great for me during my med school physio.

Histo - eh depends which one you will use in med school. we didn't really use a book during the histo portion of med school

Google is my Histo book.

100% keep the BRS. Guyton...I don't like the book, very verbose, but could be worth keeping.

I'd bag the others and if you really need them buy a previous edition for 1/1000th the cost. Guyton is the only book that I have the current edition for.
