Well your science GPA and MCAT are both low. I don't mean to be rude, but usually with people low in both of these areas need to consider whether science and medicine is the right path for them. I'm not saying it isn't for you, just think about it. If YES, continue reading....

My honest answer is that you should "chalk it up". Your sGPA and MCAT are just too low, and even if you retake the MCAT and do well... your sGPA will get you screened out. Here's what you need to do.
Retake your MCAT (obviousley). Retake some of your science classes you did poorly in. Take advantage of the grade replacement. Your cGPA isn't too bad. But as your sGPA goes up, your cGPA will go up with it, which is an exciting thought yes?
