I've researched here about this on SDN and it seemed to me that Kaplan was the way to go for biology on the PCAT, but I'm wondering, if there are other recommendations. Please let me know. Thanks.

I seem to remember that there was a bit more anatomy/physiology on the PCAT than what was in the Kaplan book. But this is also one of the areas of biology I'm not as strong in. Does anyone agree?

You might be able to get more thorough bio info from a book for the GRE subject test in biology. I took the GRE subject in regular biology several years ago, and I think it was just a more detailed version of what was on the PCAT. I seem to remember a bit more info on anatomy and physiology in the GRE biology prep book as well.

Old textbooks are also good, too. Good luck!
