i just graduated and have to move to florida on about 3 months. so do i just apply as an undergrad at florida state, or do i have to do something special in regards to the application process? or do i just transfer in?

You can either apply as a second degree candidate and go full time, or just start registering for classes yourself on a per-credit basis.

when applying as a second degree do they look at gpa and act scores if applicable. since ive alredy graduated as a Bio major, im assuming i shouldnt need to do anything but apply right?

So am i a transfer student if apply as a second major?

Depends where you go. You can go to a school that is more open-enrollment. Doesn't matter where you go - you just need to get a 4.0 from now on, or as close to that as possible.

does anyone know of any schools that are more "open enrollment" in Florida or Cali. thanks.
