Are these books in the format of MCAT questions where they give you a passage and questions in regards to the passage? I feel like they won't be so helpful when studying for the DATs...or are the questions asked just like the DATs where they simply ask you a question and you answer them??

Also if you used it, did you find it helpful at all??

General chemistry and Orgo are stand alone 1001 questions. Biol is a passage based, but it is one passage followed by 6-7 questions. If you have time it gives you deep underestanding of Biol since you have to think, but it does not cover all the materials needed for DAT.
