It was great! He hired a hooker, took her to his hotel, she bit his lip while they were kissing, and he slapped her. She took out a warrant.. he got arrested.
 
Billy Mays was about to film a bunch of commercials for Taco Bell -- this according to a radio host who talked to the pitchman a few hours before he died.

Todd "MJ" Schnitt from 93.3 WFLZ in Tampa was interviewing Billy's "Pitchmen" co-star Anthony Sullivan this afternoon, when Todd eerily admitted to speaking with Billy on the phone late last night.

During the call, Todd said Billy had just signed a deal with Taco Bell for a series of infomercial-style adverts that were going to be filmed in August.

Todd also said Billy told him he "hit his head on the overhead luggage compartment" when the US Airways airplane blew its front tires while landing in Tampa yesterday.

I believe they were both arrested. The whole thing is on drudge report - she bit his lip and wouldn't let go. They were both pretty beat up.

LMOA. Working holidays is the best.

We had this idiot in the ED. He decided that he wanted to find how sparklers work. So what does he do? He sticks one about 3 inches from his eyeball, takes a lighter, and sets it off. Burned his eyeball all to hell. His eye lashes are all gone. Apparently he didn't lose vision. Dumb lucky bastard. I can't believe I'm getting 2 and a half time for this ****. This is the easiest shift I've ever had.

Yeah, no kidding!!! That'll be a nice paycheck. The 4th of july always has to be fun to work.....It's just something about Alcohol + Fireworks + BBQ that makes for tons of accidents :laugh:.

I would love to, but it doesn't mesh well with my hospital schedule for tomorrow. Then, tomorrow night I'm going to a concert, so it'll have to be Saturday at the earliest.

Did you laugh ALOT? or was it just a couple of laughing. Because I don't know if I want to watch it online...or literally go and pay to watch it. So pretty much was it worth your money?

The final scene was too effing much...you hit the nail on the head, not as good or funny as Borat, but Bruno was fairly hilarious and had my jaw on the floor for a good part of the 88 minutes.

i feel like bruno would have been a lot more funnier if many of the punchlines haven't already been ruined in the trailers. while watching i could hardly laugh at the joke because i knew it was coming.

remember in the trailer where he is in a sears asking one of the employees, "I know you might find it hard to believe but I'm gay" i didn't see it in the film maybe that was taken out w/ the whole latoya/MJ scene.

Overall bruno was more or less an exhibition at shock value than it was a comedy. I guess the masterpiece that is Borat made my expectations for this movie a bit too high.

I almost have no soul... I cracked a smile at the end... but all I can see is childhood obesity. Someone please save this child from the awful diet his parents are giving him. It looks like all they're feeding him are sugar-pie-cuppy-cakes and gum drops.

I was walking my friend's dog around the block and it took a fat dump on the sidewalk. Totally wasn't expecting this as it already took a dump in the backyard...good thing I found a chinese food menu discarded near by. Had to scoop that thing up and be careful that it didn't roll onto my hand.

I have no soul. That was the fattest most disgusting child I have ever seen. Seriously, his parents should be charged with neglect or reckless endangerment for letting him get that fat. That was a sad commentary on our times. Instead of running around outside palying he is inside shoving candy in his fat face and singing songs about what he is shoving in his fat face.

Right, right, right. And my friend is fat because of her thyroid. No, it couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that her kitchen counter looks like a graveyard for Little Debbie or that the only exercise she gets is walking through the buffet line. Noooooooooo...gotta be the thyroid. Give me a break. Just because you got dealt a crappy genetic hand doesn't mean you can't do something about it.
 
who here is attending the 2009 ASHP midyear clinical meeting in las vegas? I had my vacation days approved by my employer so I will be there this December! Anyone interested in doing a meet-up for those who are attending? Let me know

Ouch, someone sounds bitter. From what a video I found said, his chubbiness is as a result of the steroids he is taking to prevent his kidneys from completely blowing up. So technically, he is doing something about it. It's just the side effects of the steroids that are causing him problems. I'd think you, a pharmacy student, would understand the side effects of drugs.

I am bitter. Bitter that so many people actually sit back and take the cop-out road that I described in my previous post. Seriously, people. You're not going to exercise, you're going to eat nothing but sugary processed garbage, and then you're going to claim it's genetic? That's, like, friggin' stupid! Genetics may make it more challenging to take weight off; they don't make it impossible.

He's on steroids? All the more reason he should be in shape! (And yes, I know what steroids do...as an avid wrestling fan, I know all about the beef needle). And if his kidneys are in bad condition, all the more reason he should be eating a healthy diet. If he's singing about cupcakes, the odds are pretty good that he's had more than a few of them in his life.

I'm guessing he was the guest host. I didn't watch Raw, I had physics from 5:30 to 10:25 and didn't get home until about 5 after 11.

I think the whole guest host idea is stupid anyway. It reeks of Vince having run out of good ideas to make the show watchable like it was in the Attitude era, and worse yet, it reeks of WCW 2000. If you haven't already, read "The Death Of WCW" sometime; after reading it, I found many similarities that can be drawn between WCW in its dying days and WWE right now.

Wrong steroids...he's talking glucocorticoids. Great for immune suppression.

I plan on going...can't miss out on school-funded trips to Vegas! (And the residency booths. Those are good too.)
