I'm equally terrified as all of you. I asked my boss to give me extra hours at work just to keep my mind off of it lol.

Does anyone know how the curve works?

Did you guys really think it was too easy?? I DIDNT FINISH THE TEST! Then I'm really screwed.... hopefully there are spots left for the test next week. Could it come before tomorrow?

Carb loading a disgusting amount of food (and wearing extremely loose-fitting clothing). Tutoring Organic tmw until 4PM EST - going to fight the urge to check so badly! I don't want to see it for the first time around other people :/

I'm biding my time applying for jobs (moved cross country the week after the test). My dog is probably pretty happy that I'm stressed because I keep randomly hugging her for comfort!

Scores should be out around 3PM-ish like always.

To those who didn't "finish" on time; does that mean you got a certain point in the test where you had a certain amount of questions remaining unanswered and guessed on em blindly. Or does it mean you were running short on time and educated guessed through all of em through skimming passages and allocating a 3-4 minutes to each passage? lol

Whenever I see people say they didn't finish on time, I always imagine the time ran out while they were on like the 6th Passage and had Passage 7th, 8th left blank. But then I realize no Pre-med(atleast the even slightly ambitious ones) wouldn't just leave it blank or guess blindly. So what does it mean to say "didn't finish on time"? Does "finish" mean answering every question with confidence and educated guessing. I think I'd get a 14 composite if I just didn't finish on time (questions I answered wrong PLUS questions I didn't even get to). lolol just a thought 😵

The tests have raw-to-scaled score conversions before they're taken.

They are not curved. If everyone performs well, it is possible for everyone to get the exact same score.

It wasn't that easy, or else it woudn't be called the MCAT...

Does anyone like do that things where they look at each section score first one by one by ignoring or blocking off part of the screen with their hands. I'm scared of just seeing tht overall score of 21 in my face as the first thing i see lol

I thought the Verbal was pretty easy, but I was reading the March 22 thread and they all thought it was easy and ended up getting 7's and 8's that is freaking me out!

I can only imagine what you guys are going through! My score comes out in about a week and I'm having difficulty sleeping ! ****

Ok you guys will probably laugh but even when I did the AAMC FLs, I had to talk to myself for 10-15 minutes after taking the exam before seeing my score.... I just couldn't .... Like literally I had to tell myself that it is only a practice exam, no one would care, it's ok, it's fine LOL so i just have ABSOLUTELY no idea how I am going to check mine....

Anyone relying on alcohol ? Lol I will probably be sitting in a bar watching worldcup

I work without access to my phone until 8:00 EST. You better believe I'm hiding my phone and sneaking a look in the bathroom so I don't have to wait

Does anyone know if when the time comes we can just refresh the score page and it'll appear or do we have to log in after they're posted?

You only have to log in to thx once. When they're posted, they will just appear on the screen after you refresh the page. Good luck!

Panicking and hoping for a miracle, but at least I continued studying after the MCAT in order to retake. I wish they would just post it already!! Oh and for those of you who asked - the first 5 min were "holy crap the MCAT" followed by "oh this is easy. I got this." I remember seeing I was good on time by question 25, but spent so much time on one and saw I had 3 passages left with like 18 min left and flew through them and guessed on a ton. Might have solidly guessed on 9 or 10 blindly. Bio was just bad because of the orgo and bacteria passages. Verbal I thought was easy and was why I didn't void, but itll be a bad curve. Ugh...

My thoughts are with you guys. Only 2 more hours and you are done. Keep yourself busy in the meantime and remember MCAT is only a test and regardless of your score you should be proud of yourselves... Worst case scenario? You take it again in a month 🙂 this wont be the end of the world guys. Im praying for you guys and hope every single one of you guys get a high score

A 28 is good for DO schools, so no it's not bad. If nerves are a big problem now, I suggest not hanging around SDN until the time the scores are out. Go out for a walk or something!

I would happy with a 29. Wouldnt be upset with a 28, but would retake next week since I know it was nerves that got me the first time.

Does anyone know what time the scores are going to be released today? It says on the AAMC website after 5 pm, but I saw someone on here say it would be around 3? Just wondering when to check...

Their website always says 5pm, but if you look at their twitter feed, it (historically) has been closer to 3pm
