Anyone accepted here willing to have a mock interview with me over skype? I really need to nail this one and do well its my last chance. I would really appreciate your help.

the interview was so chill. there were two interviews, one with a faculty member and one with someone from the admissions committee. it was very conversational, they just went through your app and talked about random things from your app.
 
did anyone get an email from the admissions committee asking for the academic update? does anyone know if this was a mass email or is it a good thing?

I got one too. I think it’s a good thing because it shows they are still interested in us.

I was wondering the same thing. I haven't received an interview from NYU but they sent me that email this morning, wasn't sure if mass email or individually sent.

Have you done your academic update? I did mine, the transcripts haven't arrived yet though. Wondering if doing it was enough, or they are just not interested so I didn't even get one of those emails.

I did the academic update today after receiving the email

I haven't finished my academic update yet, I still have to send in my transcript. It'll be helpful to still send it in, they could be extending more of these emails to students.

I have an interview this upcoming Monday, and im really stressed! Any tips or advice?!?!

I am having the same problem. Did you end up calling them? And if so, what did they say?
 
When I try to enter my AASDAS/CAAS ID to pay the 2018 DDS Tuition Deposit, it keeps telling me "The ID provided did not match our record. Please try again" ... I am 100% sure I am entering the right ID. Did anyone else have this problem? I really don't want to lose my seat at this school.
 
Any one else get an academic update for those of us who haven't interviewed?
 
Rejected today. Kinda surprised because I thought they have a large class to fill and would wait until later to start rejecting applicants. Regardless, I was already accepted to a closer and cheaper school. Good luck everyone!

For those who sent NYU an academic update by email, and also updated on AADSAS, how did you enter courses for winter semester 2018 on AADSAS? It only gave me 2017 option so I just inputted my fall grades and wrote in an email what I'm taking in winter. I can't really edit it now anyways since I submitted but wondering what others did.
 
Had my interview today, said we will know by next week.

If you want you can message me with any questions! I interviewed the first week in decemeber and received my acceptance the very next day! But I will not be accepting a position there 🙂 Good luck, let me know if I can help!
 
Is there still a chance to get in 🙁 I wish ... I haven't heard anything yet.

people get interviews until the class is full. if you have good stats and strong app then of course
