Congratulations! They keep the classes set at 88 (sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, the classes will be 1-2 students less than that). I don't know how many seats are left, but around this time last year, the class "wasn't close to being full," though we didn't really know what that equated to haha if you interview in January, you have just as good a shot as anyone interviewing pre-December
Living situation: all kinds of food, every kind of market you'll need, and lively environment all within walking distance of the school and grad housing. Beach, museums, hikes, pretty much any activity you'd want to do, all within a reasonable driving distance (30 min-1 hr)
Faculty: amazing. This first quarter has been a blast due to the people teaching the courses. The anatomy department is just the best. Everyone who meets this trio loves them
Students: smart and humble. Usually the two don't really go hand in hand, but I've been blown away, not just by the caliber of students I've met, but how sociable and grounded they are
Facilities: ehhhh...could definitely go for an upgrade, but I can't complain, considering we've had everything we needed and nothing has malfunctioned (yet). The med school is getting a brand new building that will be ready next year though, so you'll pass by that every morning and stare in jealousy and admiration. It's beautiful *cry*
Some upperclassmen have said that you get progressively more jaded as time goes on. I'm still not entirely sure what this means, so I guess we will see in a few more years
