They tried transferring me to Stan but he wasn't available.🙁 Is there anyone who interviewed 4/11 or later who called in? I was never notified that I'm on the waitlist so I'm a bit worried lol...

Yeah, I think I interviewed with you! They called me on wednesday and told me I was on the alternate list.

Ahh I'm out of the country so I hope that has something to do with it. Did you receive any additional emails and were you able to reach Stan?

They sent me an email as well. No, Ask for Darlene.

They called me back saying I'm still under review and they'll get back to me next week. Things aren't looking too hopeful at this point lol. Good luck to everyone though!
 
Does anyone know how many people are on the alternate list??
 
I still keep in touch with my interviewer and this is what he had to say:

"I can only speak for last year—39 of the 41 on the wait list are members of 2015/2016 first year. best wishes! Dr. V"

So keep positive guys! You never know.

Q2 for me. friend of mine just get accepted off the waitlist, and he was Q1 @SmileBig123. Be ready for the good new.

I got 2nd quartile. Hopefully people post if they get accepted so we can know the progress of the list. Seems like threads from previous years, people are accepted off the waitlist and dont bother to update everyone
 
Was just offered a spot on the alternate list. I won't be ranked until after I pay the fee, but it would make sense that I'll just be put in the bottom quartile. Tough decision.

I would just make the deposit to be on the waitlist, even if you think you'll be stuck on the bottom quartile. You don't have much to lose because you get that deposit back anyways and it's only $200. Unless you're already set on going to UNLV.

I think around 3-4 people have gotten off the list so far, but I feel like most of the movement will happen in these next two weeks if anything. I'm getting super anxious too haha are you also in Q1?

It's just a rough estimate. I know there's at least two people on SDN who got in from Q1. There might also be people who doesn't post or use SDN at all. I'm also basing the movement off the threads from the past two years.
