***The Official USC Class of 2018 Interview/Acceptance Thread***

Have they sent out any rejections yet? If we haven't received an invite to interview or received a rejection does that mean we are still under review?
 
Does anyone know if there is any hope for someone who has not heard anything from USC yet? Are they still giving out interviews? My application was received by them in October.
 
Just got the invite! Woot Woot! For those who already had the interview, how was it? What was the interview like?
 
Just got an interview. What types of questions do they ask? Also, what's up with the PBL section. Really need to make this interview count!!! Any help appreciated.
 
Interview invite for me as well! Pretty cool. Gonna make a long weekend out of it. Maybe see you guys out there
 
does anybody know if people live on campus or off campus? i dont have a car so i should expect to live near the dental schooL?
 
I received an interview invite on december 19th, sadly going to decline it since i got into my top choice, I hope they give it to somebody else! good luck everyone
 
For the 2x2 photo, what should you wear for the picture. Male
 
finally booked flight/hotel and scheduled my interview for 1/22. anyone else scheduled then?

standard shirt and tie combo... try for a plain background if you can.

CVS passport photo is perfect. but even that is excessive... I took one and uploaded it to my computer and made it and printed it from CVS. But you should be good to go with that!

Acceptance via email an hour ago. My aadsas portal status still says "Waitlisted", however. Somehow, I can't bring myself to believe it yet... please let this be real.

If you've been accepted, your AADSAS status will change to "Offer Made".

Also, I was accepted on December 2nd. USC was my top choice so I'll be part of the Class of 2018. I look forward to seeing you guys in August. 🙂

It's weird that they sent out acceptance this early. During interview they said they will offer on Feb 1st. March 1st and April 1st.
 
Got accepted yesterday via e-mail! I am so happy. USC is where I wanted to go. My 2nd acceptance in all.
 
It's busy clinic, early clinic experience, I live nearby campus, PBL as a change of pace, strong alumni network in SoCal and nearly half the dentists I work for are USC alumni.

When are you guys interviewing? I'll be staying at the Radisson too, looks like a solid place but will also be staying in Laguna Beach for a couple nights beforehand!

I scheduled mines for February 11. What about you guys? I am also staying at the Radisson hotel.
 
What is USC class size? How much of class is filled by now? and more interviews?
