What do I know, but I think you'll be fine. If you've articulated your motivation to go to med school well, then I think some schools should be ready to look past your BCPM GPA. And as far as I know, Carnegie Mellon is a tough grading school, no? But, maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part, since I am in a similar boat to you....
