Hi everybody!
I'm a french student. I need some help to translate a french term "personne de confiance". If you translate word for word, it gives you "person of trust".
In France, a person of trust is someone who accompanies (follows) the patient during the consultation with the practitioner (physician) and can help the patient to take decisions for his health.
I don't know if it exists in US. I have to present a clinical case with some researches about the person of trust, but i can't since i don't find the translation.
Thank you very well for your help!
