NAPA employees are extremely unhappy and the organization really does not care about its employees. The pay structure for NAPA is essentially a salary plus a "site bonus" if you are a call taker. Since selling in 2012 to Moelis, the pensions have been reduced from $30K to $20K and the bonuses have been slashed up to 75%.
Their 2 worst sites, Syosset or Franklin, have been on gaswork for over a year. anyone familiar with these sites will tell you that the chiefs for these sites are malignant personalities but because they are the "original partners," they get away with running a poor show.
This group is no longer owned by physicians. Rather it is owned by a financial firm that looks to profit at the labor of docs and not give them anything in return. This is not a group worth working for.
